SPORT VIBES: As the Paris Olympics unfolded, we analyzed the evolving landscape of sports consumption in Latin America. In collaboration with Float and YouTube, we navigated the streaming era’s constant transformations and explored the dynamic intersections where lifestyle merges with sports culture.

We partnered with CONMEBOL and the Intuito team to transform evolving fan behavior trends into a unified, fan-centric strategy.
Together, we explored fan engagement, innovative rule approaches, and fintech opportunities to shape both men’s and women’s strategies across Copa Libertadores, Copa América, and Copa Sudamericana. This work is helping redefine future fan experiences while honoring the region’s deep-rooted football culture.

Collaborating alongside with Float and the Vulcabras team, we orchestrated the seamless entry of the renowned American brand 'Under Armour' into Brazil. Our mission? To decipher the ever-shifting dynamics of sports behavior and mastermind a soft landing for both apparel and footwear lines.

We helped a Brazilian bank become truly global by leveraging our expertise in cultural interpretation. We translated the bank's new core values, which were in Portuguese slang, into Spanish and English to ensure clarity and effectiveness for its global culture launch.

In collaboration with Arconte and the X team, we co-led the US–LATAM commercial strategy alignment across Brazil and Mexico, working with both U.S. and LATAM teams to adapt go-to-market plans to local market needs and accelerate regional growth.

We helped the Brazilian brand iupp to find their unique Argentinian, Uruguayan and Paraguayan voice. In Paraguay we chose to communicate in Guaraní - a unique Paraguayan dialect - that was far beyond everyone 's expectations.

Because luxury doesn’t mean the same everywhere, we collaborate each year with the Pandora Global team to decode regional behaviors. Most recently, we supported the launch of an innovative lab-grown diamond line, navigating the contrasting luxury value systems of Europe and Latin America.

The challenge was to create real solutions to real immigration problems in the country. People from all sorts of different cultural backgrounds were able to devise creative ways of adapting to Brazilian culture through their own StartUps.
Native kitchens, translation services, and basic information to survive in São Paulo were the hot topics of the new ventures.

This comprehensive program equips leaders with cultural chameleon skills, empowering them to navigate regional business differences with agility and effectiveness.
